Intern Responsibilities

The Arch MI Enterprise Service Integration is a part of the Information Systems department under the Originations domain.  This department works across Information Systems and other Arch MI business units to provide solutions for our customers.

The summer intern will work on the Enterprise Service Integration team to help develop products for Arch MI.  This role requires an individual with technical skills and problem solving skills.  The individual will work on a team and gain valuable experience. 

This role requires the following:

-Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Knowledge and Skills:
-Ability to gain solid understanding of software development concepts and methods
-Ability to learn principles and practices associated with agile product model including requirement analysis, software development and software testing
-Ability to use JIRA, SOAP UI, and HP ALM

Pay Rate

Range: $18 - $20/hour
Hours/week

Average work week: 37.5-40 hours

Schedule

Monday-Friday. Hours may vary by department, but 8/8:30 - 5 pm daily

Start / End date flexible?

Start date firm, end date has a little flexibility. Interns must be able to complete all Fellows programming throughout the second week of August 2018.
Please note: all Fellows will attend the Leonard Kaplan Leadership Institute at the Center for Creative Leadership on either June 11 & 12, 2018 or June 18 & 19, 2018. If hired as an intern through the Fellows Program, you will attend one of the sessions in June.
