General Purpose of the Job:
Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks that support Employee
Relations, Employee Activities/Welfare, and Training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides customer service to employees and People Operations by serving as
the backup contact on Retirement Program; Service Award Program; Active
Friends; Apparel Program and Team Store; Business cards; Concessions; Death
Notifications; Employee Events (e.g. Employees' Night at the Grasshoppers);
United Way Campaign; Wellness/Vibrance Program (fruit delivery, Lunch and Learn
presentations, monthly wellness challenge); Educational Reimbursement requests
and processing; Commercial Driver's Licenses; Employment Reference and
Verification; FMLA requests; ID Badges: New and Replacements; Unemployment
Claims; and Worker's Compensation
Provides administrative support to People Operations with regard to mass
mailings, maintaining departmental files and shredding.
Communicates in person and by telephone with employees, business contacts,
general public, and customers on a daily basis in a professional and customer
Supports all members of the POPS team, performing all duties as assigned.
