Intern Responsibilities

Our paid internship is for students who are looking to get a better understanding of the hospitality industry. Internships delve into many of the line-level front and back house operational roles in the hotel, events and restaurant. We focus on culture, professionalism, high standards and the connectivity of all departments. Not only will you receive operational
experience, but you will also gain knowledge about our educational programs, leadership and potential career paths. Ultimately, learn many of the line level roles responsible for causing our guests to be delighted.

Please note: all Fellows will attend the Leonard Kaplan Leadership Institute at the Center for Creative Leadership on either June 11 & 12, 2018 or June 18 & 19, 2018. If hired as an intern through the Fellows Program, you will attend one of the sessions in June.

Required Qualifications:

None: Students need no prior experience in the hospitality industry. Looking for individuals who are friendly and competent. This would be great for
anyone remotely interested in learning about the industry no matter their major.
Transportation Requirements

Requirements: Interns are responsible for transportation to and from the office.
