Recruiting Assistant Intern - Graham Personnel Services

Intern Responsibilities
-Identify sources for qualified candidates.
-Post job openings to both internal and external job search websites.
-Maintain good relationships with all candidates, employees, and clients.
-Perform routine administrative duties including filing, photocopying, faxing,
data entry, and answering phones related to the recruitment process.
-Draft memos, emails, etc. in response to clients and candidate requests for
-Enter applicants into the GPS applicant tracking system.
-Prescreen candidates according to Graham Personnel Services standards.
-Prepare necessary documents, job descriptions, screen tests, and interview questions for recruiters.
-Arranging interviews and provide assistance to recruiters as needed in the interview process.
-Communicate requirements and duties to qualified candidates as well as the GPS standard operating procedures.
-Assist with on-boarding of new employees to ensure that all documents are completed and turned in to Human Resources in time for start dates.
-Participate in recruiting and networking events including after hour events as needed.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate
$11-$12 per hour
40 hours/week

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Please note: all Fellows will attend the Leonard Kaplan Leadership Institute at the Center for Creative Leadership on either June 11 & 12, 2018 or June 18 & 19, 2018. If hired as an intern through the Fellows Program, you will attend one of the sessions in June.

Work Environment
Our work environment is made up of offices and cubicle spaces.

The intern would be in the cubicle area with other assistants and next to many managers' offices.
